Repair Process

2. KryoSonic will send you a message with the shipping address

3. Ship your Xbox console to us securely packaged

4. The console will be evaluated upon arrival

5. If the repair is successful, the console will be shipped back to you

Typical turnaround time is 2–3 business days after the console is received.

Shipping

• Buyer is responsible for shipping the console to KryoSonic

• Return shipping is included with the repair service

When shipping your console, please package it securely to prevent damage and include a piece of paper inside the package with either your eBay username or eBay order ID. This allows us to correctly match your console with your repair order and avoid delays.

Evaluation & Repair Policy

Upon receiving your console, KryoSonic will perform a full diagnostic evaluation.

• If the repair can be completed normally, the repair will proceed.

• If additional damage is discovered (such as motherboard damage or other internal issues), you will be contacted with an updated repair quote before any additional work is performed.

If the console is determined to be BER (Beyond Economical Repair) or if the customer declines the updated repair quote:

• A partial refund will be issued

• A $15 evaluation fee will be deducted to cover diagnostic time and inspection

Warranty Information

The KryoSonic warranty covers the HDMI repair performed.

The warranty does not cover:
